Ardent is an AI-powered video generation platform. We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all users. This policy outlines the content and activities that are not permitted on our platform.
1. Content Moderation
All text prompts submitted for video generation are screened through automated content moderation systems before processing. We use the Creem Moderation API to evaluate all prompts prior to video generation. Prompts that violate our content policy will be rejected.
2. Prohibited Content
We strictly prohibit the generation of the following content:
- Pornographic or Adult Content - Any sexually suggestive content, nudity, or sexual activities
- Violence or Gore - Brutal, gruesome, or disturbing content
- Misinformation - Fake testimonials, false reviews, or misleading content
- Privacy Violations - Non-consensual face swaps or deepfakes
- Prohibited Marketing - Using terms like "uncensored," "no filter," or "NSFW"
- Intellectual Property Violations - Content for which you do not hold the proper license or intellectual property rights
3. Consequences of Violations
Violations of this policy will result in account termination without refund. We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating any violations.
